His qualifications, like Project Management and Instructor Training, sharpen his business and mentorship skills. Jay's mission is empowering others to live purposeful, God-pleasing lives.

Bianca Jackson | Director of Operations

A pillar of courage and faith with a strong law enforcement background. She has substantial experience with L.A. and Riverside County Sheriff's Departments. Her unique attribute is her passion for empowering women and children. An accomplished mentor, trainer, and quality controller, Bianca impacts her community meaningfully. Paired with her husband, she's a formidable force set to make a positive difference.
