Jay Jackson is a faith-driven leader and co-founder of Serve Impact & Prosper: a movement committed to feeding seniors with dignity, love, and consistency.
An Air Force veteran with multiple leadership awards and a background in business, Criminal Justice, and Air & Space Power Studies.
Jay uses his experience to mobilize organizations to honor and serve the elders who paved the way before us.
His calling began during a season of personal struggle when God led him to serve others even in lack, igniting a mission that now feeds thousands and continues to expand. Jay’s purpose is clear: empower believers to put their faith into action, lead with compassion, and transform communities, starting with our seniors.
Bianca Jackson | Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Bianca Jackson is a faith-driven leader and co-founder of Serve Impact & Prosper, dedicated to feeding seniors with dignity, love, and compassion.
With a strong law enforcement background serving the Los Angeles and Riverside County Sheriff’s Departments, she brings courage, discipline, and a heart for protecting the vulnerable into her work.
Bianca is passionate about uplifting women, children, and elders facing isolation and food insecurity. Her leadership, training experience, and commitment to God’s calling make her a powerful force in building communities where our seniors are seen, valued, and cared for.
